It’s time for a gluten-free Christmas cookie extravaganza! I got together with 8 of my blogger friends for a gluten-free cookie swap. Josie’s Best Gluten Free Mixes was generous enough to donate the versatile “Muffins and More” mix , which is their 1-to-1 gluten-free flour. This flour was used in each of the featured recipes with delicious results! From classics to more unique creations, you’ve got all the recipes you’ll need to make a beautiful and scrumptious cookie platter.
My recipe is for a childhood favorite–Swedish Christmas Cookies. They are a bit like shortbread, but with a hint of cardamom and vanilla and less of a buttery finish. They will surely be a festive and delicious addition to any saucer or cookie tray.
